B&B De Meidoornhof

Jan and Ria made us feel very welcome during our weekend. The rooms have all the comfort and luxury you could want, and the B&B is fully equipped. Just what a B&B should be. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.

We spent three fantastic days here, with a lovely garden to relax in and beautiful countryside for cycling. The fresh breakfast was delicious, the bathroom was nice, and we could use the kitchen to make our own food instead of finding a restaurant every evening. Our room was beautiful, and Jan and Ria are warm hosts who want guests to have a great stay. Nothing was missing. We'd recommend this B&B to anyone. A solid 10.

The heating had a small issue while we were there, but Jan and Ria got on it straight away and did everything they could to have it fixed. They’re pleasant, calm people with a good feel for what guests need, and hospitality clearly comes naturally to them. I did have one little complaint, though. I love real coffee, and they have a Senseo machine. Ria told me they’d bought a very expensive machine twice, but guests often couldn’t use it properly and it broke down. If they want to keep serving coffee for guests to help themselves to free of charge, I can understand the choice. As the earlier reviews say, this is a very good B&B. We had a great stay at this five-star place.

The grounds and surrounding area are beautiful, and the breakfast was great. We stayed in a lovely little apartment, which is much more than just a room, and the hosts were super friendly. We could charge our car too. Five stars well deserved. We'd happily come back and highly recommend it.
