Boutique Hotel Nieuw Uilenburg

We loved being able to explore the city on foot from this quiet but central neighborhood. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the details were well considered. Boutique Hotel Nieuw Uilenburg is furnished with lovely taste, balancing elegance and comfort so it feels welcoming straight away. The staff were always kind and helpful, with useful advice that made the stay nicer. A perfect stay all around. I'll definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a special experience.

I lowered my rating from four stars to two after the management's public reply tried to discredit my review. They said they couldn't “find me in their system” and suggested it wasn't valid because I hadn't stayed at the hotel. But my review was about how they handled an enquiry, not about sleeping there or having breakfast. Communication is part of the service, and future guests should be able to hear how a hotel treats people at that stage. At first, I gave four stars because they answered my enquiry quickly, clearly, and courteously. That professionalism stood out, and those small gestures matter in hospitality. Their later response was defensive and questioned whether my review was legitimate, instead of thanking me or acknowledging the compliment. That was disappointing and ungracious. Their efficient reply deserved recognition, but trying to dismiss genuine feedback was unnecessary. Reviews record real customer interactions, good and bad, rather than serving as a way for businesses to chase perfect scores.

We got a free upgrade, which was so kind of the host. The location downtown is just perfect, and the rooms are quite large, modern, and well equipped. Such a beautiful hotel, definitely a good choice.

There wasn't any noise during my weekday stay. The service was really caring, the room spotless and well designed, and the location great. A perfect place to stay in Den Bosch. All thumbs up, totally recommend it.
