8/10
A calm spot away from the crowds. There’s a terrace out front where you can watch the boats go by, and another at the back for a quieter chat, depending on the weather. The pancakes and club sandwich were satisfying and fairly priced. The waitress seemed to be having an off day, but everything was handled and sorted out in a friendly way. We’ll visit again if we’re passing by.

Getting to Amsterdam by train was convenient, and I enjoyed my stay. The room was on the small side but worked fine. Breakfast was included for me, and the buffet was good. The restaurant staff were very friendly and spoke English.

The restaurant staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, though very small. The prices felt far too high. For both the room and dinner, half of what we paid would have seemed fair.

A great value spot out in the countryside north of Amsterdam. The location is fantastic, and the transport links are good.
