We had a lovely weekend away from the city in one of the pretty cottages, even with the stormy rain and wind. It stayed very quiet, and the open green space and greenhouse are beautiful. The welcome book explains everything, and the cottage came with the essentials: towels, cleaning supplies, a kettle, coffee machine, small TV, and a closet with hangers. The heated toilet seat was my favorite 😂 The nearest AH and restaurants are about a 20-minute walk, as is the bus stop. A car would be useful for exploring nearby villages. There are activities in spring and summer, including pumpkin crafting. We'd love to return when the weather's calmer and sunnier 😊

The lack of AC made it very hot in summer. Still, the accommodation is lovely and peaceful, and breakfast was the perfect, relaxing start to the day.

We really unwound here, surrounded by nature, with wild rabbits to watch and lovely plants to buy from the greenhouse. The cottage was cozy and unusual, with everything we needed, and the view and tasty breakfast were a treat too. The beach is about 10 minutes away. Following the owner's suggestion, we went to Petten beach, which was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed the cottage and our time here. Until next time! Greetings, Nick and Elize.
