Room 104 was in the courtyard, and it was quiet most of the time. I could hear a little noise when neighboring guests moved things around, perhaps luggage. The receptionist was friendly and suggested a few places to explore in Den Haag. The shower cubicle was a little small, and the ‘do not disturb’ sign kept falling off. I hung it on the door, but found it on the floor when I came back both days. I would’ve liked a kettle in the room, since going to reception to ask for hot water was a bit of a hassle. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Central Station, with a tram stop right at the doorstep.

The bed was very good, and the room was okay, though the lighting wasn’t great everywhere. The bathroom was really bad: the wastebin was almost falling off the wall, the toilet seat had chunks missing, and the shower head was covered in limescale and also missing pieces. Apparently you can get breakfast if you order it the day before. The location is fairly close to meteo station and central train station.

Being able to leave our bags was really handy, thanks for that. We liked everything here: friendly, pleasant staff, lovely rooms, and an easy walk from the station. Such a nice hotel!

We're staying here now with our one-year-old, and the room stays at 19 degrees. Setting the heater to 23 or 30 makes no difference. Staff say that's the standard, but the heating isn't working for us.

The service was lovely, and we could leave our luggage before check-in. We only stayed one night, but the spacious, clean, quiet room was great. As sisters, we also liked being able to split the double bed into two singles. The TV only had a few channels, no apps or Chromecast. Since we speak only English, we couldn't watch the channels, and couldn't cast a show or YouTube either. The location was good, though walking through Chinatown at night to find dinner felt a little sketchy.
