Everything was handled online, and it all went smoothly. The lockers for bags before check-in and after check-out were really practical, and they provided coffee each morning. It’s my first time staying with NUMA, but definitely won’t be my last. The room exceeded my expectations: spacious, clean, and cozy. We loved the view at the back and slept with the windows open because the neighborhood was so quiet. The location is ideal, very close to the beach.

I wanted somewhere to relax and work, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The booking described apartments with a sofa, while I got a very small hotel room with a kitchen. When I asked them to fix the problem or cancel, they were completely uncooperative. The chat felt like a mix of an unfriendly agent and an AI bot, and they even made fun of me. In the first room, the light switches didn’t even work properly.

It’s really convenient, close to everything, and the room is big with everything you need. The service was great too: they walked me through each step, and customer support was easy to reach. I’d definitely recommend this place :D

The room was small, but laid out really well, and I liked the view and how quiet it was. The closet is tiny, so this probably suits stays of just a few days better than a longer one. I was at Numa for a short stay of three weeks while looking for a permanent place to live. There’s no reception, which became a problem when the elevator went out of order a few times. It took a while to get things sorted, and although they say online support is available 24/7, replies take some time.

Booking and check-in and check-out were very straightforward and efficient. The cupboard in the utility room with things you might have forgotten was a really nice touch. Highly recommend.
