We come back every year and have never been disappointed. Van der Valk delivers what it promises and more, and we’re very happy to return. The rooms are big and spacious, and festival stays here feel luxurious, which is what we need. We sleep really well, and the bathroom facilities are perfect. It’s easy to get to the festival at Beekse Bergen, and parking for both the car and bike is good at the hotel, with no traffic jams. Great for a festival trip when you want to sleep very well and relax. Breakfast has everything you want and more.

We had a really nice lunch at Van der Valk Tilburg. We’d booked a table in advance and got a lovely spot by the window. The staff were friendly, and everything tasted great. We ordered the chicken Poke bowl and a Japanese pancake, with fries on the side. For dessert, we chose a mix of little sweet treats with coffee or tea.

It’s really frustrating to come here to charge your car and then be charged €7,50 for just 15 minutes. I’ve charged at other van der valk places and never paid anything for parking. I tried calling reception from the outdoor parking lot, but nobody answered. When I got to the hotel, there wasn’t any sign for paid parking.

The rooms were remarkably quiet, even though the hotel is very close to a freeway and ours faced it. We could hear a little from outside and other rooms, but far less than at almost any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The hotel was clean and convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was easy and quick, with a large selection of very good pastries plus plenty of hot and cold options, including cheeses, different kinds of eggs, and various hot dishes. It spoiled us: at the next hotel in another city, there were only a few pastries, and they weren’t as good as the ones at Van der Valk.

I’ve stayed here twice now. The rooms are nice, clean, and big, and the service is great. The staff are polite.
