B&B Dijkhuis

The town and beaches are beautiful, and we rented bikes from Oma's Fietjes. Breakfast was good, but the room's layout didn't work for us. It was split into three parts, with a hallway leading to the second room area. The place is on a street opposite a busy gas station, so sleeping with the window open wasn't possible. For what it cost, the value felt too high.

Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty of choice, from bread and cold cuts to eggs, pancakes and muesli. Everything was tasty, and there seemed to be something for everyone. The space was laid out really nicely and was very clean. Robbie and his partner were friendly, attentive, and easy to reach. We appreciated being able to leave our bikes somewhere secure. We’re happy to have been the first to discover their lovely B&B, and wish them lots of enjoyment with the rest of their adventure. ;-)

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Noëlle & Robbie, a lovely young couple, greeted us warmly, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast came each morning in its own separate room, and our bicycles could be locked up safely. The charming center, with its shops and restaurants, is an easy walk away. The beach takes about 20 minutes on foot.

The location is right in the center of town, and the beach is only a few minutes away by bike. The bedrooms are beautifully furnished, with a roomy, fully renovated bathroom. Noëlle and Robbie were wonderful hosts, and breakfast had a big selection with everything we tried tasting excellent. They also kindly let me stay longer in the apartment on my departure day. I’d definitely recommend it.
