The steak in the restaurant was tough and had no taste. It seemed to be poor-quality meat. The rental bikes were also a hassle. You can't arrange one at the front desk. You have to make an account on a third-party site, transfer money to it, select the hotel and the bike, then pay from that balance before reception will hand over the key. Way too complicated and time-consuming, especially since I was already running late and only wanted a bike for that reason. Even paying guests can't just use the gym whenever they like. You need to get a special key card from reception and return it as soon as your workout is over. I won't stay here again.

The food was great, and the staff were exemplary. Our Muslim youth organization held an extensive team-building initiative here, and WICC hotel provided highly professional conference halls and immaculate, beautifully designed rooms. I was very satisfied with my stay and felt comfortable the whole time. Thank you!

Breakfast costs 21.5€, and at this price I expected more. The rooms are tiny, and there's no room to work. The heating makes strange loud noises and blows cold air into the room. There aren't any plugs in the lobby to work from either. The shower was nice, though getting between the toilet and sink to use it was a squeeze.

The breakfast spread was wide, with plenty of food and drinks. The made-to-order eggs, fresh bread, and fish stood out. Everything tasted good, though a little more day-to-day variety would help guests at multi-day conferences. Our room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly, and we'd stay at Hotel WICC again.
