Out in the countryside just beyond town, these apartments are lovely. They're all comfortable, very clean, and really nice. The spot is awesome, with very good internet too. The little cottage at the end could use some work, though, because of a few leaks.

The breakfast was nice, but dinner needed to be booked ahead, and we couldn't get a table for it that evening. Luckily, a nearby café came to the rescue, though in NL you need to arrive early since eating after 7pm makes you feel like an alien. The accommodation felt quite expensive for what it was: very little space, clean, but noisy. They do provide earplugs, so don't complain...

I've stayed at Vakantie Meerlo for two nights a week for almost three years, and Trudy and her family have been great hosts throughout. The service is high level, the food is good, and there are lovely farms all around. It's a perfect spot to disconnect. I recommend it!

Trudys place made for a beautiful stay. The interior has a rustic look with lots of one of a kind details. I'd recommend it to anyone.
