Really good.

Breakfast was good, but the bed was narrow and too short for me. A horrible cooking smell filled the house and got into my room, bothering me through the night. The owner didn't seem aware of it.

Our room was spotless, and Bert made us a delicious breakfast. His hospitality made the weekend feel especially welcoming, and the whole place had a lovely atmosphere. It's a 10-minute bike ride from Zutphen station. 10/10!

We had a delicious dinner, and Yolande is a real culinary whiz. Bert also put together a generous breakfast based entirely on what we wanted. He can tell you about the lovely walking routes nearby, and it's a great base for cyclists as well. We felt at home straight away, and our dog was treated like family. Highly recommended!

The apartment has a lovely whirlpool, and the large, shaded garden is a beautiful place to relax or eat. It feels like a botanical garden. The host took such care of us, more than we'd usually expect at a hotel. At breakfast he brought extra treats and little extras beyond what we'd ordered, and he even repaired my broken sandals. Highly recommended!
