I asked to cancel within 10 minutes of the booking confirmation, but the property refused to refund my payment. They were also able to resell the apartment to someone else. The issue was that bed linen and towels weren’t included in the listed booking price. You have to bring your own or rent them for 10 Euro per person. This detail wasn’t clear on the booking portal, and you have to read all the information very carefully to spot it. Who travels with their own bedsheets these days?

The host was very nice and the place was lovely, everything was good. Just be aware it’s in the middle of nowhere, with no supermarket, coffee shop, or restaurant nearby.

The best place in Amsterdam!
10/10
We stayed here with the whole family on our way to Amsterdam, and we all really enjoyed the accommodation. The house was clean and cozy, with a beautiful, unusual design. The host was friendly and upbeat, helped us plan our route, and shared tips on how to save money. They also helped us print a couple of documents. Thanks so much, and I’d definitely recommend this place! We booked the apartment on Booking, but unfortunately couldn’t leave a review there.

The owner is very kind, and it’s a nice, quiet place for Airbnb guests.
