B&B Drenthe

The hostess had such good suggestions, and breakfast was packed with options: rolls, jam, pastries, cold cuts, fresh orange juice, yogurt, fruit, an egg, coffee and tea. I stayed in the Rembrandt suite with a jacuzzi, a huge king-size bed, a lovely walk-in shower and its own toilet. There was also tea and coffee, a minibar with soft drinks, wine and beer, and a nice view from the room. I visited Camp Westerbork, Westerbork and Orvelte, and even spent a day in Germany, so there's plenty to do in different directions. A fantastic B&B, and I'll definitely return.

We walked the Pieterpad route from Sleen to Schoonloo, and there were restaurants within walking distance. The hostess gave us a really warm, friendly welcome. The room was spotless, with coffee, tea, soft drinks and wine available. Breakfast was good, and the bed was so comfortable that I slept perfectly.

Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. We stayed for two nights, and Helga and Jan made us feel at home right away. The room was great, clean, and had a TV, a roomy bathroom, a separate toilet, plus coffee and tea. A perfect stay. Good luck with the B&B!

The room was very clean, the fridge was well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. I especially liked the superb rain shower and the separate toilet. Helma is a wonderful hostess, and she and Jan clearly know how to run a B&B. Highly recommended.
