The suite had plenty going for it, especially the Nespresso machine, lovely bathtub, and the roomy, cosy lounge where breakfast was served. Staff were genuinely helpful, and breakfast was great, though a few more wholegrain rolls later in the morning would have been welcome. At night there was a steady hum, probably from the heating room beside the bathroom, so some extra insulation might help. We also had to wait until the restaurant next door had closed before opening the windows. Still, we had a very agreeable stay.

We stopped in for breakfast today and were impressed by how much there was to choose from, including fresh juices and coffee. The waitress offered to make fresh bacon and bread for us, which was a lovely touch. We'd happily come back and recommend it.

From my room I could see the light of the Vuurtoren, which was lovely, and the square outside was quiet with a nice view. The reception team were very pleasant, and my room was cleaned thoroughly each day. It seemed like the hotel had only just opened, so we may have been among its first guests. I had a really nice stay and would recommend it.

It was peaceful here, a little way out of town, and parking was easy. The rooms were very comfortable, and the food was good.
