B&B Zeespiegel

The room was clean, but it felt cramped and low, and a bit dated. At night I walked into a cupboard at the foot of the bed on my way to the toilet. The bed was reasonably comfortable, though I felt as if I might roll off. We are 1.97 m tall, and the shower seemed to be only 2.00 m high, so the shower head reached just our shoulders. The step out of the shower was about 0.20 cm, and the wet tiles were very slippery, which felt quite dangerous. The owner's welcome wasn't great either. We expected breakfast. When we pay €240.00 for a night, I do expect it to be included, but it cost another €15.00 per person. I'd never seen that on the B&B show on TV. With breakfast, it would have been €270.00 for one night in a small, dated room. Still, it was a learning experience for us.

We had a lovely time, with a warm welcome, a great room overlooking the sea, and a tasty breakfast. The town center is a 10-minute walk away.

The owners were incredibly friendly, and the apartment was a nice little place in a beautiful spot with a view. We had a wonderful weekend, and the breakfast was great too!

The sea view was beautiful and relaxing, and Jeannette gave us excellent service. The spacious bathroom had a sauna, making it a private wellness retreat. Our tastefully decorated room had a big, comfortable double bed and plenty of refreshments. Breakfast was included and delicious, with boiled eggs, fresh juice, yogurt with mulberries, seeds and jam, sweet and savory spreads, croissants, and different rolls. There was plenty of tea and lovely coffee too. We had a fantastic stay at B&B Zeespiegel and would gladly come back!
