Pension Oranje

Our room was dirty, and the terrace was right beside a rubbish bin. It was hot and smelly, with lots of flies. At that price, I can’t recommend the place.

The apartment was in the basement, which was a nice relief from the 30°C heat outside during the day. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, helped with our luggage, and communicated smoothly in both German and English. She even lent us a beach umbrella. There are a few maintenance issues: peeling plaster in the bedroom, a slight musty smell, damp-feeling clothes, and some small water damage marks in the kitchen. These didn’t bother us much, and we were very satisfied with our stay.

The sea is five minutes away, and the supermarket is less than a minute away. There’s a nice market about 100 meters from the place, too. We had a great stay, with everything we needed, and the kitchen worked well. Our questions were always answered quickly, and our 11-month-old baby had a great time. Thank you!

We stayed for three nights and were very happy with the place. The room was spotless, and so was the rest of the apartment. Thanks for having us, we’d love to come back sometime :)
