We got a warm welcome, and the breakfast was generous with fresh fruit. The B&B is spotless, with a modern, well-equipped bathroom. It's central but quiet, and in the evenings you can sit on your own bench outside the house and watch the world go by.

Even with its very central location, the room was quiet, and the first of many restaurants is only a two-minute walk away. We booked two nights at B&B De Oude Haven and found the room lovely, with high ceilings and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. It was impeccably clean, and the two single beds were really comfortable. Our hostess Carla was so friendly when we arrived and had helpful tips for us. Breakfast came to the room at the time we requested, which made for a relaxed start to the day. There's also a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, tea, and more. Zierikzee isn't really on our map of the Netherlands, unfortunately, otherwise I'd come back without hesitation.

We felt right at home at De Oude Haven. Hostess Carla was positive, welcoming, and always ready to help, with a real eye for detail. The room service breakfast was varied, delicious, and refined. This historic building in central Zierikzee has several spacious, beautifully maintained rooms that combine modern comforts with a sense of grandeur and luxury.
