We stayed in one of the hotel's three rooms set aside for guests with dogs, and the room itself was very pleasant. The hotel is well located. Breakfast was adequate, but the layout of the space led to a lot of awkward back and forth. Perhaps serving only coffee there would ease the traffic and make it more comfortable. We also noticed that the windows let in wind and smells. Early one morning the room filled with a strong tobacco odor. At the Rootsch restaurant, the wine was brought without a tasting first. We didn't like it and said so, but the staff didn't respond, which was disappointing.

The family suite worked really well for four adults and one child, and the decor had a Traditional Dutch style. Everything else was perfect, though breakfast could have had more options.

My room, number 2, was spacious and nicely designed, and the hotel was in a wonderfully quiet setting. The staff were kind. Breakfast was a standard continental one, but perfectly okay. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

We were there for one night on a business trip and came away really satisfied. The hotel in Zierkzee felt very peaceful, with elegant rooms and a romantic, luxurious atmosphere. I understand it's part of the Hyatt group. Breakfast had an incredible variety and tasted great, and the staff were polite, helpful, and excellent. Thanks so much for a great stay.

The staff went above and beyond to help me get my passport back after I lost it in a town 45 km away. Their kindness is something I'll never forget. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lovely rooms and a perfect location, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful too.
