They were very friendly and found us a spot for our tent even though the site was full. The next day, local bakers came by to sell bread and pastries, which we appreciated.

It’s a small, car-free, well-kept campsite, and very quiet apart from the farm vehicles. It’s quite a way from Zoutelande, and the bike path there isn’t very pleasant. The first stretch is even dangerous with children, as the Dutch whiz past you 😕.

The pitches are really generous, and there’s a shed for storing bikes plus decking boards you can lay in front of your camper. The owners are lovely, and the sanitary facilities are beautiful. A wonderful little campsite, definitely worth recommending.

We came in the off-season and really enjoyed how peaceful it was. The pitches are all roomy, the facilities stay clean and are in good shape, and you can hire bikes right there. It’s about a half-hour walk to the beach. The family running the campsite are very friendly, and Sam the cat is part of the welcome. We’d happily come back.
