We cancelled the reservation, and I wouldn’t book through this company again. When we arrived, a maintenance problem with the door codes kept me and another person out of the building. I called several times and got different codes, none of which worked at first. They said they’d call back but didn’t, and never contacted me through the booking company either. After I called again, one code let us into the building, but we still couldn’t open the apartment door. No one came to help. I also got a text saying someone had cleaned the apartment during that time. Either that wasn’t true, or why couldn’t they let us in? The service was awful.

Over three days here during my week in Norway, this was the best place I stayed. Pretty much perfect, apart from the tangled cables under the living-room TV 👍🏽

Getting in was easy: we received the self check-in codes by text or email. The apartment was spacious, recently renovated, elegant, and clean, with everything a family or group of friends would need for a comfortable stay. It’s only a few metres from the town’s main square, and there’s covered paid parking nearby.

We had a great stay in this bright, roomy, clean apartment right in the city centre, close to everything. The one snag was the missing forks. We emailed to ask for some and got no reply. Then we spotted a little sign on the door saying to use a website form if needed, so it wasn’t a big deal. Would recommend.
