Getting into the apartment was the worst part. We gave notice 30 minutes before arriving, as they asked, but still stood outside for more than an hour. They said they had over 20 apartments to hand over that day, which we didn't mind, but it didn't help us. Eventually someone came after we pushed repeatedly. They only spoke Norwegian and explained nothing about the apartment. The place itself was clean and had the equipment we needed.

The accommodation itself was acceptable, but the landlord handled problems so poorly that I wouldn't recommend staying here. We were told the key code would arrive at 3 PM, but it didn't come until nearly 10 PM. We were left anxiously waiting outside, our messages got no reply, and there wasn't even an apology. During my shower, the hot water stopped. I reported it and got no response; it only came back the next morning. There was also a heap of wet sheets and quilts in the washing machine, along with a dishcloth. I reported that too, and was ignored again.

The apartment looked quite different from the photos and description on the website. I'll leave it at that.

The resident students made a lot of noise, and the cleaning was poor.
