The room was spacious, with full kitchen facilities, which was amazing. The sofa bed looked super comfortable, even more so than the double bed. Laundry and the dryer were free during our stay, and there was also a gym and an extra toilet in the basement. Wi-Fi was decent for gaming. Check-in had a few small issues. The location is okay, about 5-10 minutes from the city center.

It takes a little patience to figure things out since the hotel is mostly unstaffed, but once you get the hang of it, it’s really great. The room is basic, well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The place is right in central Bergen, close to the fish market, main square, and shopping area. I’ll definitely come back.

Check-in was easy, either through the app or the machine in the lobby. The room was spacious and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen and coffee machine were great for making a few meals at home. Wonderful place, 10/10, I’d stay here again.

The room door had a sign saying, “departing cleaning is always included in the rate.” Even so, the hotel charged me $161 for leaving food in the refrigerator. I showed my credit card company a picture of the sign, and they refunded the fee right away. Vander told me they’d emailed me the cleaning policy and that I’d opened it, which is a complete lie. I triple-checked my credit emails. Avoid this place at all costs. It isn’t worth it when they charge cleaning fees despite explicitly saying on the apartment door that departing cleaning is included. Vander is openly committing fraud and doesn’t care.
