The best part was the outlook across the area, along with the clean apartment, convenient location, indoor parking garage, and the fact it was 1.2 km from the ski area. But we spent three days there as six people in a three-room apartment, and the space fell short on basics. The rooms were tiny, with nowhere to put luggage or clothes, and the bathroom had no shelves or cabinet either. There were other problems too: no light above the dining table, a microwave that had to be moved and plugged in at the kitchen table, a TV that didn’t work, too few chairs to rest in, and a leaking toilet. We had ordered bed linen when booking. It was clean and fine, but the pillow was big, hard, and uncomfortable. For an apartment meant to house six for a week, too many basic things weren’t up to scratch. Would I book again or recommend it? No. I’d choose one of the newer apartments nearer the ski area, or a room in the main hotel instead. /Jens

The mattresses and pillows were really comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The hotel was neat and clean, with everything you need close by. The room’s internet connection was poor, though that didn’t bother me.

The location is very convenient, close to everything, and I’ll probably keep renting apartments here in the hope they’ve been upgraded by next year. The rooms are large and pleasant, but they’re worn, and the facilities are only average. Broken chairs, missing screws in door or window handles, and blown light bulbs are common. The reception staff are quick to help and fix things once you let them know. WiFi is available, but the signal is so weak that I’ve had to use my phone as a hotspot every time I’ve stayed.

The location is good, and there’s a free bus to the ski center. The older rooms are more like a 3/5, with broken items and very little kitchenware.

At this price, the place has to be a joke. Linen and towels cost extra, and they supposedly charge separately for electricity too. Go ahead and try to bill me.
