After a day out in the rain, we booked a room at the last minute. It was clean and comfortable, and the included dinner and breakfast were both respectable. The woman at the front desk and the dinner cook were friendly and helpful. Hotel Vic is also an easy walk from Porsgrunn waterfront and its stores. For the price and what we expected, it was a great choice. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

We got a room in the wing with air conditioning during a heat wave. It wasn't very powerful, but the room did eventually cool down. Free parking was a nice extra, and breakfast was very good. We knew before arriving that they don't serve dinner in July, so that was fine. They did have afternoon cake and coffee.

For the price, it’s a good hotel with a nice, roomy lounge. Breakfast had what you need, including a few gluten-free items. Just no hot milk for the coffee.

The room was comfortable, and it was fantastic to have dinner included at no extra charge. A very nice hotel.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, with all sorts of things like waffles you can make yourself, lots of cheese and bread, organic juices, coffee, and tea. Dinner and breakfast are included in the price, though dinner didn't look very appealing to me, so I ate out. The hotel is central and has good service. Parking was a little confusing to find, but the staff were welcoming and check-in was quick and easy. The room was a good size, clean, and nice. The bathroom, however, is very small, and I imagine a larger person might struggle to fit in the shower.
