Quality Hotel Pond

The kitchen was absolutely perfect, and the service was very professional. We rented a meeting room, and the team presented everything and took care of it all. It’s close to Kvardat, but inside an industrial zone, so there isn’t much interesting around.

The Pond Hotel was a pleasant stay, and I’d happily return for a business trip. Its location is a bit out of the way, but conveniently close to many major businesses and their offices. The rooms were nicely renovated and well-appointed, and the gym was decent for keeping up a fitness routine while travelling. Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making sure I was comfortable. Breakfast was the standard, solid offering I’ve come to expect from the Clarion chain. My one small gripe is the on-site restaurant, The Social. I’m not a huge fan of the chain, and there aren’t many other dining options in the immediate area. That wasn’t a deal-breaker, and the hotel’s positives outweighed it.

The location is basically an industrial estate, which was perfect for us. Check-in was quick, with a smile, and they gave us lots of useful information. The rooms were spotless. If you stay more than one night, they aren’t cleaned every day, but you can request cleaning at reception. All the meals provided were excellent.

Handy for business trips, even though it sits in an industrial area.
