The cleanliness was a major problem. Dishes from previous guests were still in the dishwasher and smelled bad, the kitchen cabinets were dusty inside and out, dust was visible throughout, and the shower had half-used toiletries with labels not even in Norwegian. It didn't feel like those had been freshly provided. The property was also on an active construction site, which the listing never mentioned. We were also told on the morning we arrived that there would be no electricity from 9 AM to 12 PM on our checkout day, right through the time guests would normally shower, make breakfast, and pack. Since the water depends on electricity, there would be no running water or toilet before leaving. That's unacceptable for paying guests. The phone number on the website was disconnected when we tried to contact the host, so email was our only option. Robin handled the correspondence, and the replies felt unprofessional, dismissive, and sometimes arrogant. Robin said there was no solution and that they shouldn't be punished for something outside their control. When we asked for partial compensation, our request was called unreasonable, with repeated attempts to deflect responsibility. Between the service disruption, the cleanliness, the undisclosed construction, and the way our concerns were handled, I can't recommend this property.

We stayed in Panorama View 2, a modern, stylish cabin surrounded by nature, and had a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The architecture was beautiful and the views were stunning. The management was just as impressive as the location, very responsive and professional, and clearly cared about the guest experience. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back.

On the morning we checked in, we got an email saying the power would be off from 9 AM to 12 PM on our checkout day. That meant no electricity during the whole morning when guests need to shower, make breakfast, and pack. With no power there'd also be no running water, so we couldn't use the toilet before leaving. Completely unacceptable. We couldn't call the host because the number on the website was disconnected. By email, the replies were dismissive and unprofessional. The host said there was no solution and they shouldn't be punished for something out of their control. The poor cleanliness, power disruption, construction, and handling of our concerns made this a very disappointing stay. I can't recommend the property.

The view was even more spectacular than the place itself. I had a unique stay, and the jacuzzi was excellent. There's a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils. I'd highly recommend it for relaxing and taking a break from the noise, surrounded by beautiful nature.
