We spent most of our time on the porch with a book, just listening to the sea. The cabins sit right on the water and were clean and well cared for. It was exceptionally quiet during our stay, so expect things to feel a little isolated. Such a lovely place.

The sunsets and sunrises over the scenery were amazing, and there’s plenty of fishing nearby if you want to make your own barbecue. We only stayed a day in June 2024, though it’s the sort of place where you could happily relax for several days. The accommodation felt a little old, but it was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

We had an attic apartment, and the bedroom was just okay, but the rest of the place was good. It was peaceful, away from the city bustle, with a private beach and an amazing view. One of the best places we stayed in Norway. If you’re vegetarian, bring meals you’ve planned ahead. I highly recommend it for a vacation.

The cabin was huge, and right by the water with beautiful views. I stayed there this past June during a four-week motorcycle trip.

We’ve stayed here twice and will definitely return. The cabins are in a fabulous location, very nice, clean, and have all the equipment we need.
