The sunrise over the hills was the best part of our stay, with a lovely view across the natural landscape. Bhangeri Resort also had clean, well-kept rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, and good facilities. The quiet setting and quality service made the visit comfortable and memorable.

Those beds and pillows were so comfortable, I slept better than I have in ages :) Bhangeri Durbar Resort has thoughtfully designed rooms that feel elegant and welcoming, and the food and service were excellent. We had an Indian family-style dinner, full of flavor and served with real warmth. I loved the whole setup and would happily return. Highly recommend it when visiting Nagarkot.

We went with my Toastmasters friends and had a great time. The sunny-side-up eggs were made just right, and the food and service were both fab. Our room was spacious and nice. There’s also a large hall and an outdoor area for events. The indoor heated pool is already open, though the spa is still being built.

The room cleanliness was unacceptable. Mine hadn’t been properly cleaned, there was leftover pizza in a drawer on the last day, and the towels had visible stains. Service was poor too, with too few staff to keep up. Booking was frustrating because most phone numbers on the website couldn’t be reached or went unanswered. The BBQ was another mess. The queues felt like a free food distribution line, not a hotel buffet, and the whole thing pointed to poor management and inadequate staffing. I was told only four housekeeping staff covered the entire hotel, which may explain the state of things, but guests shouldn’t have to deal with that. The few staff members I saw did seem to be trying, but they looked overwhelmed. Other guests were openly complaining too. From what I heard around the hotel, most weren’t planning to come back. This was one of my worst hotel stays in Nagarkot. Comfort, cleanliness, and proper service were all lacking, and I wouldn’t recommend it or return.

The balcony in every room has a great view, and I loved the Nepali-style feel in the structure and many details. The interior is really beautiful, the property is great, and the food was amazing. I enjoyed my stay. It’s still in the final phase of construction, so the wellness facilities, swimming pool, and jacuzzi are under construction. A must-stay in Nagarkot.
