A comfortable stay with courteous staff, a good progress vibe, and plenty of parking. Good value for money. I’ll definitely return for an economical stay.

The location was the only okay part. The rooms were bad, the service was worse, and the aesthetics were the worst. A waste of money, and I’m never going back. Avoid this hotel if you have another option.

The hotel has potential, but several practical things need attention. It’s centrally located in Dhangadhi, near cafes and restaurants, and the rooms were decent with working air conditioning, which helped in the heat. I also appreciated that the hotel employs staff with speech and hearing impairments. The staff were polite and friendly, though they sometimes forgot orders; when the food came, it was good. Wi-Fi never connected during our stay, even after several guests raised the issue. Mosquitoes were a major problem, especially in the restaurant, where they kept falling into our food and drinks. We had to ask several times for a fan, and the reception had the same mosquito issue, making it uncomfortable to wait there. A few fixes, particularly for the mosquitoes, would make the stay much better.
