OYO 363 Himalayan House Resort

The food was tasty and came in large portions, though items outside the package may be a bit expensive. We had a great stay with friends. The rooms, service, and package were all great.

The location is great and the room decent, but the service was very poor. None of the staff seemed trained, including at the front desk. The waiter was late every single time. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Never visit.

If it’s a good view you want, you should come here. For the rooms, nope. The online photos on Maps and elsewhere looked good, and we expected something similar, but got a bad room instead. It was small, had no Wi-Fi, no hand lock, and an old-generation TV that didn’t work. There was no light, or there were problems with the lights, and no AC. The heater we got was boiling and didn’t work. The washroom wasn’t good either: broken glass, a broken toilet, no water, and more problems.

The rooms were clean, good, and well priced, and the place itself is nice. The snacks were good too. But the bathroom had no soap or shampoo, and the balcony wasn’t very clean. They used to leave tea bags and coffee sachets in the room, but didn’t this time. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and even after I mentioned it many times, they ignored the problem. I didn’t like the rice because it had too much soda, and two of my friends vomited after eating it. The chicken curry also smelled bad.
