I’d booked in advance and paid a 5,000 deposit, but when I arrived to check in, there was no room for me. They said one was available, then offered only an extra bed instead. For a 4-star hotel, this service was worse than I’d expect from a basic budget hotel. Very disappointed. Don’t book or go, the service was totally the worst. 👎️👎️👎️👎️👎️👎️👎️👎️

The friendly team, delicious food at Baithak, and premium rooms have made Nepalirika Hotel my regular stop in Eastern Nepal. Everything feels perfect, a true five-star experience in Biratchowk/Damak. I can’t wait to come back!

I spent 2 nights here on my recent visit to Biratchowk. The food and coffee were nice, and the service staff were caring and very supportive. Breakfast wasn’t part of my room charge, but they let me have a few items so I could eat something before my morning medicine. A very nice hotel.

There’s open car parking inside the property, and the hotel is well maintained. I stayed for a night and had a good time, with good food and welcoming, humble staff. The receptionist was helpful when I checked in at night, too. It was a very good experience.
