Shangrila Blu Hotel

I stayed at this hotel, and every staff member showed wonderful hospitality. A really good experience!

I stayed at Shangri-La Blu Hotel from 15th to 25th March 2025, and the service was excellent throughout. The front office team were always smiling and warm, which made the stay more pleasant. My room was spotless and tidy every time I got back, thanks to the housekeeping team. I’ve worked in hospitality with brands like Taj and Oberoi, so attentive service means a lot to me. Mohammad from the F&B department especially impressed me: at breakfast one morning, he noticed an item had run out while I was getting a refill, and brought it to my table within minutes without me asking. That sort of thoughtfulness really stood out. Thanks to the whole team, the stay was memorable. I’d gladly recommend the hotel and hope to return! :)

The food was delicious and looked hygienic, and the whole event was handled so well. I held a family gathering in the downstairs hall and garden, and it went beautifully. From guard dai through the hotel staff to management, everyone was efficient and skilled. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Would highly recommend it for gatherings and events!

I arrived late at night and could still order food and use the hotel’s services, which I appreciated. The staff I met were polite, helpful, and professional, and each greeted me with a smile. My accommodation was roomy, fully furnished with the necessities, and in a great location. The food was delicious too. The place has a welcoming atmosphere, and I’d recommend trying the service and food.
