Hotel New Anand

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the room was dirty, with unclean sheets and a bad smell from the bathroom. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. Easily the worst stay I've had. If I could, I'd rate it 0 stars or even below.

Decent hotel, though the rooms could use a better clean.

Siddhartha Hotel New Anand is right in central Mahendranagar, which made it easy to reach the markets, landmarks, and transport hubs. Even so, it stayed quiet and peaceful. I found it good value, with comfortable accommodation and excellent service, and I'd recommend it to visitors. I plan to return on my next trip. The restaurant was another highlight. Meals were fresh, flavorful, and brought promptly, with a good range of local and international choices. Breakfast stood out in particular. My room was spacious, clean, and well furnished with the modern amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked perfectly, and the spotless bathroom had good water pressure. After a busy day, the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel made it easy to relax. From arrival, the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I felt at ease straight away.

Best food and service in town. They also have a self plugin Ev charger and plenty of parking space.
