Jasmine Court Hotel & Spa

The grounds are one of the hotel's real draws, with a large pool, a few smaller ones, water features, and a tucked-away boardwalk down to the harbour where guests can swim in the marina. The rooms are very spacious, and many look out over the sea or mountains. Staff were usually pleasant and helpful, too. There are signs of the property's age, though. The décor feels dated, and the housekeeping could use improvement and more training for the cleaning team. Jasmine Court Hotel used to be a lively hotel and casino, and you can still see hints of its old grandeur. It has potential because of its size, location, and unusual features, but without renovation it could keep declining. It needs care to return to the standard it once had.

We'd go back, mainly for the pool and where it is. For what we paid, it was good value, and the room was huge. The pool was nice too, even if it could use some investment. Most of the place felt run down, though. Breakfast was hit or miss. Some people seemed happy with chicken nuggets, chips and onion rings in the morning, but I'm not sure I'd eat that for breakfast. The room was hot, and the one portable air conditioner was awkwardly placed because staff stood in front of it and blocked the airflow. I'm sure they were hot too, but it was still uncomfortable.

We felt comfortable at the hotel, and the food was delicious. The general manager treated my mother with respect and kindness. Mr çatay, the night manager, was respectful as well, and marketing manager kağan looked after us nicely. Thank you to all of them.

The location is one of the best here, close to everything and near the beach, with a great outdoor pool beside it. The hotel's view is amazing. I had a great experience, especially at the gym, and the personnel were kind and friendly. A great place to stay in Cyprus, I'd recommend it to everyone.
