It’s a small, family-run hotel with very warm people who are always ready to help with whatever you need. They’ve recently added an aqua park to the swimming pool, so the kids have loads to do.

We had an issue during our stay and it was dealt with right away. The service was great, and the swimming pool stays open all the time. The hotel is in a quiet area and has its own beach, while other beaches are reachable by bus. It has an intimate feel and a peaceful neighborhood. I recommend it with all my heart.

I went on a whim, not knowing what to expect, and planned to stay just a couple of nights. I ended up staying ten, which says how much I liked it. It’s excellent value for money. The location is remote, but it’s calm and serene, with an amazing swimming pool and truly lovely people who are very friendly and accommodating. The whole place is laid back and relaxing.

The mountain and sea views were fantastic, and the beach was within walking distance. The outdoor pool and bar were lovely, and the facilities were impressive. Our room was comfortable and clean. Transport links were good, and the rep was on hand to arrange island tours. Several guests told us they visit regularly, which is always a good sign. We had an enjoyable week at this friendly, family-run hotel. The staff and service were exceptional. I was very impressed.

The pool was a real pleasure, and we could easily explore the area from the hotel. Sempati hotel is amazing. The host and staff were so kind and made us feel welcome. They more than met all our wishes. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
