Grand Sapphire Residences By Northernland

We loved how quiet the residence apartments were between rooms, and they had a comfortable, home-like feel. Everywhere was clean, and stepping outside meant a pool view from every area. The buffet, pool, and access to the sea were all excellent. Thanks to Mr. Doğukan and Ms. Sevda at reception for the warm welcome and help with everything 🙏🏻

The food was fresh, varied, and kept topped up, and the staff were both kind and efficient. We stayed at the Residence and got excellent room service through the hotel. Everything was new, spotless, and well looked after. I’d been worried after seeing negative reviews, but I want to be clear: don’t believe those comments. I’ll definitely come back again and again.

This was my second trip back, and it’s always a pleasure spending my holidays in Northern Cyprus. Selin and her manager Selin from guest relations were so welcoming and happy to help any time of day. And a big thank you to Irem Polat for her kindness, lovely smile, and hospitality. She was always pleasant and checked whether I needed anything 🥰🥰🥰

Evsan in the main buffet restaurant was so accommodating, always smiling and pleasant, and remembered which drinks we wanted with our meals without us having to ask. There were too many great restaurant and bar staff to name, but Çağla & Aydan really stood out as ambassadors for the Grand Sapphire hotel. They checked that we were comfortable and that the hotel was meeting our expectations, which it did. We’d highly recommend a vacation at the Grand Sapphire Hotel.
