We booked the penthouse through Agoda. The night before our stay, there had been serious flooding just minutes from the property, so we asked Agoda if cancellation might be possible because of the natural disaster. Jason, the owner, cancelled our booking without a word, leaving our elderly parents and two young children on the road. Agoda told us we couldn't cancel that late without forfeiting the full $700, and our app still showed the booking as NOT CANCELLED. Our whole family went down to the place. The owners were greedy and irresponsible. It felt like they wanted our money and hoped to get double from someone else. Beware, they were unscrupulous.

Jason was great to deal with, and the apartment was beautifully clean and very spacious. We had an awesome stay. Highly recommended, and it's very central.
