Altitude

Everything else was great, and the sea view and location near skytower are good. But the hallway lights stay on at night, and the curtains are useless against them. I also wonder why the lights are on during the day, since that wastes electricity. There's an annoying buzzing from the overhead fire protection facilities in the room at night. I'm not sure if it's only in my room. On weekends, the RYDGES hotel party room right across from the balcony gets really loud until midnight.

It's a private accommodation building, so if you're an AirBNB client, the building manager won't handle your issues. That's not his job. The building itself is well maintained, centrally located, and good value, with generally peaceful tenants. The living space isn't spacious, so it's best for couples or two people.

The building manager's conduct was disgraceful. He stopped the elevator for days without notice, and when we asked about it, he was rude and condescending, telling us to read properly. He acted as if it was none of his concern and as though being building manager meant he could do whatever he wanted. The elevator had previously been out of service for two months, despite elderly residents and parents with babies living here. I would never recommend this building to anyone.

This is regular public apartment renting, not a hotel or restaurant. The rooms are fair enough, but it depends on the owner who's renting out the unit.
