Bliss Accommodation

The room smelled like sewer when we got back from the Coldplay concert, and the fan kept making a noise we couldn't switch off, so we barely slept. The bathroom was dirty, with mould in the shower, and the water kept jumping from warm to freezing to hot and back to cold. The beds were hard as rocks, the TV wouldn't connect to any shows and kept cutting out, and there was no Wi-Fi. Reception was rude and barely spoke to us when we arrived, then took ages to sort out our rooms. The location was perfect, but that was the only good part. We won't come back and don't recommend it.

The manager was embarrassed the neighbouring restaurant's tile hammering had gone on until 1am and that I had to go down and ask them to stop. She offered us another night free, and we took her up on it. The rooms are small but tidy, and we thought they were good value.

Parking was a nightmare, we had to leave the car a block away. There was loud, annoying construction, and the shower had poor pressure and temperature. The room was far too hot, with no air conditioning and a window that wouldn't open. We were given three pages of strict rules for no reason, and I didn't feel safe around the sketchy people in and around the motel. They said they'd provide milk, but we never got any, and the room didn't have the microwave they said it would. Cleaners came only once a week and barely knocked. Terrible stay, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. PLS DONT COME HERE EVER!!!!!

People argued loudly in the corridor early in the morning and late at night, and someone knocked on my door at 3am. I also had trouble getting into my room. When I checked in for my week-long stay, it hadn't been cleaned properly: there was mud on the floor and the carpet didn't look vacuumed. After showering, water pooled and leaked across the bathroom floor, so even using the toilet was annoying. The stairs made carrying things up difficult too, especially with an infant. My stay was terrible.
