It's actually a friend's apartment, and the location is great. Parking isn't so great. It would be perfect for student accommodation.

Living here is getting miserable, and I'm saving up to move out. The maintenance lady was rude and said she was entitled to park anywhere. She was bullying me while I was trying to set my car alarm, and the manager lets her get away with anything.
If you like a rush, this might be the building for you. The faulty fire alarm wakes people in the middle of the night at least once a month. After evacuating, you can't take the elevators back up. Good luck if you're elderly. They ought to call it Fire alarm Gardens.
The building stinks, and calling its "Gym" a gym should be illegal. The elevators are hardly ever working, and letters and courier deliveries often get stolen.
I lived here for six months. It's cheap and in a great location, so the value is good, but you get what you pay for. The building is run down, and getting to the living areas means taking two separate elevators. Apparently renovations are coming soon. The "gym" is just a room with ancient, broken equipment, so don't bother. The building manager takes ages to deal with problems, if they deal with them at all. We had no freezer for almost the whole stay, and it still hadn't been fixed when we moved out.
