Really good vibes and lovely staff. If you're staying in Auckland CBD, this place has what you need to get comfortable and feel recharged for your trip. The people are awesome too. P.s don't ask Ian ✌️

A drunk guy was playing Instagram reels loudly in the shared living area, and the staff just ignored it. My shower was also a miserable trickle of cold water. I don't know if everyone had the same problem.

The shower gave me two choices: freeze like DiCaprio in Titanic or get scorched by Satan. Worst shower in Océania. NASA and MIT together probably couldn't come up with a worse one.

On my floor there was just one men's shower, and it was moldy. The shared facilities were the worst I've ever used in a hostel.

The kitchen was decent, and the location is really good, but the value wasn't convincing since you could probably find somewhere better for the same price. Air barely moved through the rooms, which smelled sweaty and damp. After rain, getting shoes and clothes dry was difficult.
