The studio rooms are modern, comfortable and brilliant overall. I liked being able to make coffee in the morning with the provided plunger and coffee, and the kitchenette is handy for breakfast if you bring groceries. There’s no restaurant or cafe in the building, which can be inconvenient if it’s raining and you don’t have an umbrella, or if you’d rather not go out. Still, there are plenty of decent restaurants and cafes in the nearby central area called “The Green,” and the location is ideal for my visits to a nearby office. I appreciate the refillable soap and shampoo/conditioner containers in the shower and by the hand basins. It’s good to see the environmental awareness, though housekeeping should check they’re topped up. On my first night, there was no bath soap when I showered. I recommend staying here.

Handy for a short stay, with a comfortable bed, simple kitchen and quite small wardrobe. The air conditioning was good and quiet. Having a washing/drying machine in the room is very convenient.

The location made it easy to get to lots of restaurants and cafés, and the place felt safe and secure. My king room was spotless, with a really comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom. There was also a little tea and coffee nook beside the wardrobe. Service was excellent.

Our AirNZ flight was cancelled, so we ended up here overnight (NZ4, Nov 28-29). The three staff members we met were kind, understanding, and genuinely caring even though we weren't the ones paying. At 1 am, the man checking us in handled about seven rooms in ten minutes, which was impressive given how tired everyone was. In the morning, the front desk woman made sure we had food, covered by AirNZ, and suggested things to do while we waited for our rebooked flights. Housekeeping also helped us out with extra necessities. I'd happily return, even if I were paying myself.
