I only found out by chance that my booking hadn’t gone through. The hotel has renamed itself Motel 80, but the old website still let me book for this weekend. The new owners were rude and said they couldn’t take the site down and weren’t responsible for the old website. You’d think new owners would make sure people couldn’t accidentally book through the old site. The woman’s attitude was that it wasn’t her problem. It would have been if I’d arrived this weekend expecting a room. Very disappointing so-called customer service.
