Point Residence Luxury Auckland Waterfront Accommodation

We really appreciated how carefully everything had been prepared and how much care went into making sure we had what we needed. The accommodation was spacious and beautiful, right on Viaduct Harbour. We could walk to all the lovely restaurants, which suited us perfectly. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return.

The Pacific Residence was an ideal place to recover from the time change after our trip from the East Coast of the US. My husband and I stayed four nights, and the apartment felt like a treat, with a gorgeous, well-designed living, kitchen and dining area. The quiet bedroom had a lovely bed and bedding. At night, the bathroom heated floors and motion-activated lighting under the sink were especially handy. The Viaduct fills the view across the front of the living space, through the folding glass doors and from the balcony. It's a lively area for walks and morning runs, with plenty of good food nearby. The property managers were thoughtful, flexible and quick to respond. We arrived early, and Michael kept in touch from the airport at 6 AM and met us at the property at 7 AM. Fresh bread and fruit were waiting for us. I can't say enough good things about the stay. We'd be back in a heartbeat. Thank you, Michael and team.

Point Residence felt like a peaceful place to come back to, even though it's right in the middle of Viaduct Harbour with beautiful restaurants at the doorstep. The private, expansive balcony had gorgeous harbour views and sunsets, and the open layout connected the living, dining and outdoor areas nicely. Floor-to-ceiling windows made the stunning residence feel bright, with calm views over the viaduct harbour. From our arrival, the team made us feel welcome with fresh flowers and bubbly champagne. They paid close attention to our dietary preferences and anticipated what we'd need. Inside, modern comfort and classic elegance came together in a luxurious, inviting space. The service and personal attention made the stay unforgettable.

The hosts' local tips for restaurants and beaches were easy to trust, and they even stocked the kitchen with our favorite drinks, snacks and breakfast food. Our family of four stayed five nights at Point Residence on our first Auckland visit from the U.S. for the summer holidays. It was so spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in lots of light and fresh air, plus amazing views of Viaduct Harbor and the yachts. Little extras like flip flops, sun hats, plush beach towels and a beach bag made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. There was fresh baked sourdough too, one of the best I've ever had. The highlight was an incredible New Year's Eve dinner with a private chef and full service. Afterwards, we watched the Sky Tower fireworks in comfort at the residence. Truly the best stay of our lives!
