The staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. The early morning airport shuttle was convenient and reliable, but you need to book and pay in advance, NZ $30 per person. There was a washer dryer in the room, and the bed was comfortable.

I stayed one night for a concert at western springs. The room was nice, clean, and had good facilities, including a dishwasher and clothes washing and drying facilities. Staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The extra large double is a king, FYI. I'd definitely stay again.

A great place to stay, and the staff are what made it fantastic. Everyone was happy and accommodating with what we needed. I'd recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The stay was easy and convenient, with New World just a few minutes' walk down the road and some eateries nearby. The reception team really stood out. I spoke on the phone three times with three different people, two women and a man, and each communicated kindly and had great customer service. The two I met in person were pleasant too. My double room had a small kitchenette with plates, cups, glasses, a plunger, utensils for two, a jug, toaster, cooker, and sink. There were shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers in the shower, which I liked even better than the little complimentary bottles. There was also a washer and dryer, which was a nice surprise. Big thanks to the team at Quest. You and the hotel are awesome, and I'll be back the same time next year.

A good spot for a few days in Auckland, with New World just around the corner for food. I had everything I needed, including a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer.
