Terry and Cindy's B&B

Cindy and Terry were fantastic hosts, quick to answer questions and full of good local recommendations. We loved the apartment: cute, spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a lovely neighborhood, with the water a quick walk or drive away. The bed was super comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. Just outside the apartment door there’s a lovely patio deck where you can sit with a drink or a meal. We’d highly recommend staying here.

For our five nights, parking right outside our room every evening was really convenient. The location in Orakei is perfect. Cindy and Terry were kind, attentive and considerate, and made us feel welcome and at ease. The room was clean, modern, spacious and functional, and we were comfortable from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed spending time with them over breakfast, which was excellent. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Auckland.

Cindy and Terry are warm and friendly, and as world travelers they had lots of great suggestions for places to visit around Aukland. Terry’s scrambled eggs were awesome too. The room was tidy, lovely and comfortable, and the shower was much better than the one at the hotel I’d stayed in before. I had the best time there and hope to return!

There’s parking and a bus stop just down the street, and the location is great. Terry and Cindy were lovely people with a lovely home, and gave us good advice on what to see and where to go. Breakfast was great too.
