The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for. Wild Thyme was even better than I expected: the room and views both outdid the photos. It felt secluded, but the nearby small town and beach were still within walking distance. The location was perfect. Don’t hesitate, book your stay here.

We had a lovely stay, and the thoughtful extras really stood out, from bubbles in the fridge and a beautifully arranged tray of treats to a beach bag packed with things we could use. The room was amazingly comfortable, and Bruce and Jules shared their island tips and favourites with us. The location was perfect, with a stunning view and easy parking. Such warm hospitality from both of them, and we hope to come back next time.

We spent a night at studio 1 for a mini honeymoon and would happily stay again on another trip to Waiheke. The view was stunning, especially with the welcome sparkling champagne. Jules and Bruce gave us such a warm welcome and were among the loveliest hosts we've met. Everything was close by, from the wineries and beach to the central town. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We booked both studios for a relaxing family break with six adults, and made good use of the BBQ and basic kitchenette for breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed, with terrific views, and the welcome bubbles were much appreciated. Little Oneroa Beach is only a short walk away. Bruce and Jules were super friendly and helpful, and off-street parking was easy. We hope to return to Wild Thyme for another relaxing stay.
