St Leonards Vineyard Cottages

We spent four nights in the Winemakers Cottage at Leonard’s Vineyard Cottages and came away feeling thoroughly relaxed. Jason and Sharon had thought through the details that make guests comfortable, from the generous breakfast provisions each day to feed for the farm animals. The cottage was very well appointed, with high-quality touches throughout. We were hoping to slow down and enjoy the surroundings, and the peaceful, picturesque setting was exactly what we wanted. Everything on the property was maintained to a very high standard, and the facilities were first class. Jason and Sharon also shared their knowledge of the region and gave us great winery suggestions. For a relaxing Marlborough getaway, we highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. After touring the North Island, we were ready for a break within our holiday, and two nights at St Leonard's Vineyard Cottages gave us exactly that. Jason and Sharon looked after us so well. We chose to eat in, and both meals were delicious, as was the wine with them. We did go into Blenheim, but each evening we were glad to return to the Winemakers Cottage, listen to the birds, and unwind. The pool and hot tub helped with that too. A great stay 👌🍷😄

There were so many thoughtful extras, including gluten-free bread and muesli at breakfast for me as someone with coeliac disease. Jason and Sharon gave us a very warm welcome, and from the start we knew we’d chosen well. The place has charm, elegance, and comfort, and I can’t think of anything it lacked. Nowhere else feels this special.

Breakfast was a highlight, simple and delicious, with local ingredients and their own organic eggs. We had a fantastic two-night stay in the "Woolshed" at St Leonards Vineyard Cottages, right among beautiful vineyards. It had a luxurious feel with a strong country idyll, almost like being on a first-class film set. We enjoyed the facilities, from petanque to feeding the sheep, and the garden had heavenly fruit to pick straight from the trees. We’d love to come back! @stleonardsvineyardcottages
