It was peaceful here, with Nelson town and other lovely little towns only a short distance away. Barb and Fraser knew the local area well and gave us excellent recommendations. They were also helpful with booking activities and restaurants. The rooms were lovely and clean. We'll definitely visit again.

After a long day of travel, we arrived without a booking because we'd had no wifi. We'd been turned away at other places on our holiday for the same reason, so we expected that might happen again. Barbara and Fraser welcomed us warmly anyway, even though we'd just turned up unexpectedly, and found us a room. They showed us around and explained the property and room. There were eco-friendly toiletries, with no plastic bottles unless you need them, Dilmah tea, good plunger coffee with fresh milk, and a large king-size bed. The sliding door opened to an amazing view of the Tasman area, and my partner loved looking at the stars. They even pointed out the first aid kit, a first for me. They offered to do a load of washing and had our clothes laundered, folded and ready the next morning. Before leaving us, they asked what we'd like for breakfast and suggested some of the area's best dinner spots. We slept wonderfully in the quiet room. In the morning there was a sumptuous cooked breakfast with fresh tea, coffee and toast, and our washing was waiting for us. Both hosts were cheerful and answered our questions with helpful local tips. This B&B was truly remarkable, and the standard I'd want all accommodation to meet. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a little luxury at a very affordable price.

The owners were very hospitable and knew the area well. We found the rooms clean and tidy, and breakfast was delicious. It's a beautiful spot with fantastic views, a real hidden gem and definitely worth a visit.

Breakfast was made just how we liked it, and the owners were very nice and happy to cater to our needs. It's a great base for exploring Abel Tasman National Park. We had a wonderful time, thanks to Barbara and Fraser.
