What made our 13 nights at Apollo Motel, Riccarton so memorable was the human warmth. We were there from 24 June to 6 July with my husband and son, and Jay Sha handled everything so smoothly. He was courteous, friendly, very well-mannered, and always ready to help. Every interaction with him felt seamless, and his professionalism stood out. The motel was clean, peaceful and well equipped, and we were comfortable and cared for throughout. It’ll always be an unforgettable family stay. Highly recommend if you want a welcoming, homely place in Christchurch. Keep up the great work, Jay and team!

We stayed three nights and had no hot water for the first 24 hours. The bathroom had mould, the furnishings were old and dirty, and servicing was minimal. It was hot with no air conditioning, and noisy all night from the road and the unit above. Avoid.

The hospitality from management and staff was awesome, attentive but never intrusive. The rooms were immaculate, fresh and clean, especially the linen. When I called around motels for a three week stay because I needed regular hospital appointments in town, they asked about my situation and which rooms would suit. When I arrived, I could see they’d picked the best option, including for the times my daughter stayed with me. The kitchen had what we needed to make some meals at home, except for a wooden spoon 🤣, being Italian I brought my own. Wifi ✔️ TV ✔️ Power ✔️ Hot water ✔️, especially the shower pressure 🥰 Heating ✔️ Lighting ✔️ Hospitality ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

It was as advertised, and the room was nice. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but for a motel unit it was quite fine. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the shower pressure was amazing. I’d stay again.
